What a nice little Italian bakery. My friends were praising this place so I decided to check it out. I'm not much for cakes, but every so often I get a craving for cannoli or a sfogliatelle. I thought the cannoli cream was perfect, not to sweet, like many usually are. The coffee was excellent. Besides cakes, pastry and cookies, they also serve gelato.
They have a few tables inside for eating in. The owner was friendly and made some small talk with us. Another nice spot to pop in when you are in Astoria. What a great neighborhood to chow down in.
